Why Keto Air Fryer Recipes?

Air Fryers are a little different than a normal oven, and some people are confused by air fryers. Because of this, we’ll let you know what temperature to set your air fryer and how long to cook the recipes. And since your air fryer probably didn’t come with keto recipes, we decided to help.

Eggs with Sausage and Bacon

Yes you can use just one appliance for cook all eggs and meat! You’ll need so ramkins for the eggs though, which are little ceramic cups to handle the heat. You can get them online, at Amazon for instance. It’s best to preheat the air fryer as well. The ramkins will be hot so be careful!

Serves 2

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 sausage links
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make It

  • Preheat your air fryer to 330 degrees and place sausages and bacon in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • While the bacon and sausage are cooking, lightly grease 2 ramkins.
  • Crack 2 eggs in each prepared ramkins, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook eggs for 10 minutes. And arrange on serving plates with bacon and sausage. ( Be sure to use a pot holder to take out the egg containers! They will be HOT )

Egg-less Spinach & Bacon Quiche

If you want a quiche but don’t like or want eggs, you don’t have to use them! The cheeses will pull everything together. The Tabasco sause is optional, but it gives it a good kick.

Serves 8

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • I cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablepoons milk
  • 4 dashes Tabasco sause
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees and grease a baking dish, small enough to fit in the air fryer.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour ingredients into the baking dish and cook for 8 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
  4. Dish out and serve.

Ham, Spinach & Egg in a Cup

Prep Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds fresh baby spinach
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 teaspoons milk
  • 14-ounce ham, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees and grease 8 ramekins with butter.
  2. Heat oil on medium heat in a skillet and add spinach.
  3. Cook until it shrinks for about 3 minutes. Drain liquid from spinach.
  4. Divide the spinach into the prepared ramekins and layer with ham slices.
  5. Crack 1 egg over ham slices into each ramekin and drizzle evenly with milk.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.

Keto Air Fryer Recipes For Lunch

Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Well it’s a sandwich without bread. We use kale leaves as a bread. And the sauce used is heavenly!

Serves 2

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 cup chopped turkey
  • 4 slices ham
  • 6 tablespoon half and half cream
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter
  • 50 gram swiss cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • optional raspberries, for serving

How to Make It:

  1. Mix the eggs, vanilla, and cream in a bowl and set aside. 
  2. Make a sandwich with a kale leaf, cheese slice, turkey, ham, another cheese slice, and top with another kale leaf.
  3. Set your fryer to 350 degrees.
  4. Spread out aluminum foil the size big enough to wrap each sandwich. Spread melted butter on each foil slice. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture and let it soak for about 20 seconds on each side. 
  5. Place the sandwiches on each foil slices and place in the fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes then flip the sandwiches over and brush with the remaining butter and cook for another 5 minutes or until well browned.
  7. Serve with raspberries and enjoy!

Herbed Chicken Legs

Serves 4 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons spice powder
  • 4 chicken legs
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make Them

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 345 degrees.
  2. Mix together the herbs, garlic, spice powder, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the chicken legs with this mixture.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 25 minutes.
  5. Reset the air fryer to 390 degrees for 5 more minutes. This is to get a crispy crust.

Spicy Green Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 6 teaspoons oregano
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 teaspoons thyme
  • 6 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 pound chicken pieces
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees and grease the air fryer basket.
  2. Place the eggs in a bowl and mix together the remaining ingredients, except for the chicken pieces in a separate bowl.
  3. Put the chicken in the eggs and then coat chicken with the dry mixture.

How to Make It:

  2. Preheat your air fryer to 340 degrees.
  3. Put the chicken pieces in the fryer basket.
  4. Top with feta cheese and cream and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Reset the fryer to 390 degrees and cook for 5 more minutes for a crispy crust.

Keto Air Fryer Recipes for Dinner

Mirin Coated Chicken Kebabs

Serves 8

Prep Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 8 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cubed into 1-inch squares.
  • 2 teaspoons stevia or other sweetener of choice
  • 30-40 pearl onions
  • 2-3 bell peppers cut into squares.

How to Make It:

  1. Mix together mirin, soy sause, garlic salt, and sweetener in a baking dish.
  2. Thread onion, bell pepper, and chicken onto pre-soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Place the skewers into the baking dish and coat with marinade generously.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees and place the skewers in a fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes and dish out.

Simple Beef Burgers

  • 2 garlic bulbs

  • 2 tablepoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 16 (4-ounce) lamb chops
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 385 degrees and coat the garlic bulbs with olive oil.
  2. Place the garlic bulbs in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  3. Mix together the remaining oil, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Coat the chops with about 2 tablespoons of the herb mixture.
  5. Place the chops in the air fryer with the garlic.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Squeeze the garlic bulb in remaining herb mixture untill well combined.

How to Make It

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 385 degrees and rub the steaks evenly with salt and pepper.
  2. Please your steak in the air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes.

Almond Crusted Rack of Lamb

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound rack of lamb
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3-ounce almonds, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make Them

  1. Mix together oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the rack of lamb with the oil mixture.
  3. Beat the egg in a shallow dish. 
  4. Mix together almonds and rosemary in another shallow dish.
  5. Dip the rack of lamb in the egg and coat with the almond mixture.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 230 degrees and place the rack of lamb in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for about 30 minutes and reset the air fryer to 390 degrees.
  8. Cook for about 5 more minutes and then dish out.

Leg of Lamb

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds leg of lamb
  • 3 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 3/4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Make It

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 310 degrees
  2. Coat the leg of lamb with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the leg of lamb with herb sprigs and place in the fryer basket.
  4. Cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and dish out.

Buttered Scallops

  • 2 1/2 pounds tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined

  1. Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 385 degrees and arranges shrimps in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for about 7 minutes and serve up.

Cajun Spiced Salmon

  • 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

How to Make It:

Fudge Brownies Muffins

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocao powder
  • 3/4 to 1 cup powdered monk fruit (depending on how sweet your sweet tooth is!)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 4 Tbsp melted ghee
  • 2 eggs

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees and grease six muffin tins.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to the muffin molds.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes and remove muffin tins from the air fryer.
  4. Remove brownies from the mold and allow to cool on a wire rack.
