Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram chicken wings
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 milliliters hot sauce (I use this one)
  • 20 grams greek yogurt (Full Fat)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 15 grams blue cheese
  • 100 grams greek yogurt (Full Fat)
  • celery (for appetizer)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions:

For the wings

Mix together the yogurt, salt, pepper, paprika and half the hot sauce. Add in the chicken wings and marinate for 20 minutes

  1. Then bake the chicken wings in the oven for about 30-40 minutes till nice and crispy
  2. Heat but the rest of the hot sauce in a saucepan and add in the butter and mix well till melted and the sauce is just about to start to bubble.
  3. Once the wings are done then mix them with the hot sauce in a bowl and then serve!

For the Blue Cheese Dip

  1. Crumble the blue cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add in the yogurt, celery leaves, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
  3. Chill in the fridge and serve with your wings!

Keto Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (OR 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken)
  • 6 slices bacon1 avocado (large, cubed)
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup scallions (thinly sliced, about 4)
  • 1 cup diced celery (finely, about 2 stalks)
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (or dressing of choice)
  • salt

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon slices in a pan over medium heat until crispy, flipping them occasionally. Transfer to a paper towel to drain. Crumble into small pieces.
  2. If using raw chicken: Drain most of the bacon fat but leave a thin layer covering the pan. Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Flip chicken pieces and cover with a lid. Cook over medium-low heat for another 10 minutes or until cooked through. Let the chicken cool for 5 minutes, then cut into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste — I usually add about 1/4 teaspoon each. Add more dressing, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.

  • 5 oz Tuna Fish can Drained
  • ¼ cup Mayo

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 cup parmesan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella (torn into small pieces)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. In a medium bowl beat together the heavy cream, cream cheese, eggs, Parmesan and spices
  3. Spray a 9−inch or larger glass baking dish with oil then add the 2 cups pizza cheese into the dish.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
  6. Spread on pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and favorite toppings.
  7. Bake until bubbly and browning. Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup gluten free tamari
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (order here or coconut vinegar, order here)
  • 3 teaspoons garlic (minced, about 3 cloves)
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil (order here)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (order here)
  • 1/2 cup Swerve
  • 1 teaspoon stevia extract

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl, draining the excess water.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in another bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken and stir until coated.
  4. Let the chicken marinate overnight, if possible, for best flavor, if not a few hours will work.
  5. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Prepare 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Put each wing on the paper with tongs, shaking off the excess liquid.
  8. Put the wings in the oven on top rack and cook them for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove the wings from the oven and turn each one over to the less cooked side.
  10. Broil for 3-5 minutes on high until the wings turns golden brown.
  11. Remove the wings from the oven, serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ounce yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced (medium)
  • 1/4 pound ribeye (shaved)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 2 ounces provolone (very thinly sliced)

Directions:

  1. Gently beat the eggs and 1/2 of the olive oil in a large bowl.
  2. Heat a nonstick square pan, or skillet, over medium heat. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan and cover until the egg is cooked through.
  3. Once the omelet is solid, use a rubber spatula to release the edges and slide the egg onto a plate or paper towel. Repeat with the rest of the egg mixture.
  4. In the same skillet, add the second half of the olive oil along with peppers and onion. Sauté on medium until the vegetables begin to soften, and the onions caramelize. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  5. Season the beef with the salt and pepper.
  6. Add the meat to the hot skillet and sauté over medium high heat until cooked through. Toss the peppers and onion back into the hot skillet to warm them if needed.
  7. Fill the omelets by layering half of the thinly sliced provolone into each eggshell and topping with the hot meat and sautéed vegetables.
  8. Roll the omelets and place back in the skillet on medium then cover to melt the cheese. Serve hot!

Keto Chicken BLT Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 4 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 10 ounces romaine lettuce
  • pinenuts (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and garlic powder in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Fry the bacon slices in butter until crispy. Remove and keep warm. Save the grease in the pan.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and then cut each thigh into thirds. Fry in the same skillet as the bacon until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  4. Rinse and chop the lettuce; be sure to use a clean cutting board and knife (different from the one used when handling the raw chicken).
  5. Place the lettuce on a plate and top with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and garlic mayo.

Tip!

For a shortcut, sub in shredded rotisserie chicken. Then the bacon fat can be used to make a yummy bacon vinaigrette for the salad. Just add a little vinegar and salt and pepper!
